Dintek will provide a 25-year warrantee to the end user
based on the following conditions:

DINTEK will provide the following structured cabling system warranty for 25 years from the date of issuance of certificate to the end user:

1. Product warranty:

All products of the structured cabling system will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal and proper usage.

2. System performance warranty:

The link/channel system performance will carry a warranty for a period of 25 years to the end user for which the system is completed, tested and certified.

3. Application assurance warranty:

The application of products are warranted to meet or support any current or future application which is comply the specifications of standards organizations such as TIA/EIA,ISO/IEC,IEEE,ANSI and ATM forum etc.

For this warranty to be valid:

1. The systems will have been registered through an authorized DINTEK installer with DINTEK approval prior to installation.

2. The systems will have been installed by a certified installer authorized by DINTEK in accordance with installation specifications and the requirements of the TIA/EIA-568A?TSB-67 & ISO/IEC 11801 standards;The products installed must not have been used previously.

3. All installation records have to be updated and noticed to reflect any maintenance, movements, additions or changes, etc through certified installer authorized by DINTEK. The warranties are void if the product has been misapplied, misused, abused, damaged, or moved without authorization by DINTEK.

4. Any warranty claim has to be made by the original certified installer, or the local DINTEK distribution, or the local sales representative of DINTEK within 30 days of the alleged defect in the system products.

5. The end user has the responsibility to have all installation records amended by containment design, maintenance and installation etc.

6. The end user has to provide complete, accurate and true information. DINTEK reserves all rights to review the above mentioned documents.

7. The end user shall provide free access to the system to both the original certified installer and DINTEK representative.

1. The installation and maintenance of any other non-performing portions of the end user's system.

2. Any products not approved by DINTEK, or not included in the DINTEK product's warranty coverage.

3. The products have not been supplied directly by DINTEK or through a distributor approved by DINTEK.

4. The system documentation and maintenance records, have been altered or falsified in any way without authorization from DINTEK.

5. The products have been misused, damaged, abused, removed from the original site, or have been relocated within the original site by a technician that has not been certified by DINTEK as being qualified to install DINTEK structured cabling systems.

6. The defective product resulting from an unauthorized or improper system design, installation, use, repair, or any system variation, misuse, neglect, accidents, fire, water damage or abuse and acts of God.

7. The rights have been transferable.
